Like anti-block, slip masterbatch tackles the same problem in plastic film, surface tackiness. But unlike anti-block which uses mineral filler, slip masterbatch utilizes vegetable oil-base chemistry to solve this problem.
Scratch resistance
By decreasing the surface friction, the forces that external objects applied onto the plastic is minimized, resulting in significantly less visible scratches.
High gloss
Slip masterbatch gives the surface of plastic a shiny look that most desire from a plastic material. If needed, we also have lower visible bloom option.
Mold-release aid
As one of the functionalities of slip masterbatch, it is a surface lubricant that ensures easy removal of the final product from the mold.
